C. DOCTOR CHARGES PRICE
1. Local (Varanasi) Rs. 1000/-
2. Lucknow/ Patna Rs. 10000/-
3. Delhi/ Kolkata Rs. 20000/-
** The above-mentioned charges are the minimum amount which is to be deposited at the time of booking the service. This amount will be adjusted against the kilometer in actual.

1. Incentive to ward boy and Driver are payable @Rs. 1/- per K.M.
2. Fooding allowance Rs. 250.00 per days (Breakfast, lunch and Dinner)
3. Two drivers are required for long journey.
