Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms.

We can not accept liability for a payment not credited to the Heritage Hospitals Ltd account due to you entering an incorrect account number or personal details. We can also not accept liability if the credit/debit card/UPI/QR supplier refuses or declines payment for any reason. If the card supplier declines payment, Heritage Hospitals Ltd is under no obligation to inform you. You should check with your bank or credit/debit card supplier to ensure that payment has been made. We shall not be in any way responsible or pay any compensation for any downtime that may occur.

Refund Policy

Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in case of multiple times debiting a customer’s card or a customer’s account being debited with an excess amount in a single transaction. In such cases, the excess amount will be refunded to the customer.
